How can you use them?
The steps to use your Restaurant Ticket depend on the format you have:
Payment with Ticket Restaurante Card : If you have the card, simply place your order and present it as a payment method. It works like any other debit or credit card and is accepted in a wide network of food stores. This method is fast and eliminates the need to carry cash, as well as allowing control of expenses through Ticket Restaurante platforms.
Payment with paper tickets: This method is limited to the Community of Madrid and only in areas where our fleet makes deliveries. To find out the day we deliver in your area, we recommend that you contact us directly.
It is important to remember that we do not accept expired checks nor can we return cash change for payments made with paper checks.
